The cottage has many traditional features mixed with the essentials for modern living. Central heating and stove provide the heat while there is a modern kitchen with everything you need to make yourself comfortable.

There are 3 bedrooms all have TVs, two include king size double beds and 1 with a single bed. There is a dining room with seating 6, a lounge with seating for 5 plus LCD TV, freeview, a playstation2 and a selection of games and DVDS. The fully equipped modern bathroom consists of WC, shower, shaver socket and extractor.

Outside there is also a small courtyard garden slightly offset to the rear of the cottage with table, chairs and benches plus parasol ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine on a warm evening.

A car is recommended although is not essential (Tesco deliver) - you may find the local walks and countryside are sufficient to have a relaxing break - ideal for families and couples. In the villager there are 3 restaurants/pubs a small village shop / post office, chip shop, cafe and outdoor clothing shop.
